Some cool opener team tactics used in these vids these guys had 60 wins out of 61 tourney games this weekend (they lost the 1 bc of a game error)..
They used Blast combos on the Smoke Field from Smoke Bomb in the start to give the entire team invisibility at the beginning of the match. They also send 4 guys to the opposing teams side to cut off anyone from going to get their boss and to be able to react accordingly to what the opposing team did which looks to be typically send 2 or 3 to the opposing side's boss while one or 2 caps center and one person caps the close point and kills the near boss.

I had quite some success with a hybrid build I am using for guardian... I forgot what are my other items but here's are the spec...
Set1: Scepter + Focus Set2: Sword + Shield Utility: Summon sword (or bow or shield depending on setup), Summon hammer, Retreat! Elite: Tome of courage The traits are as follows: 30 (6-10-11), 0, 10 (4), 10 (6), 20 (5, 7) basically it uses the sword's blink to close distance and land a key scepter bind... it have burst from scepter's 2nd skill and sword's 3rd skill... the OH is mainly for support such as the shield's 4th skill and the awesome 5th skill for holding points or knocking key campers from cliffs (such as the Keep in one of the SPvP)... summon weapons are good chaser and support as well when u activate them such as the condition removal of bow and knockdown of hammer (very useful due to its aoe nature)... i only had 12k life but with proper rotation of aegis (4 from my setup and buffed with traits) and tome of courage, u can last really long in battle especially if u factor in the blinds and knockdowns... i used this builds as my friends are newcomer to GW (first time they played is BWE3) so there isn't much combo in the setup... i'll definitely use summon bow or shield once they are more used to it as those 2 are better imho... |
